Description
Converting from the native RF mount to electronic EF, Adapta RF/EF is carefully designed with optical baffles and flare traps for optimal performance, and with consideration for cine-style usage.
A novel quick-lock design allows the EF lens to fit rapidly, bayonet style, with a secondary locking ring for security. Uniquely the locking ring interlocks with the lens release button, meaning you cannot accidentally mount or unmount the lens with the friction lock applied.
The mount is optimized for strength and long life. Stainless steel and aerospace grade aluminum are used throughout. The EF mount is shimmed for accurate backfocus.
Included is a robust support foot engineered to match the Komodo body size, allowing the PL mount to be tied rigidly to a base plate or other support with 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 fittings. V-Raptor will require spacing to use the support foot due to the taller body.
