The Aputure STORM CS32 utilizes the BLAIR-CG With Extended Red (Blue/Lime/Amber/Indigo/Red/Cyan/Green) light engine, delivering the highest quality white light with exceptional SSI ratings, a CCT range from 1,800-20,000K with full 100% +/- Green adjustment, and an expansive tunable color range covering more than 90% of Rec. 2020. Indigo emitters activate the natural fluorescence of materials for a more accurate appearance and Extended Red enhances skin tones while maintaining high output.

Brightest Light at Any Power

The STORM CS32 is the brightest light that can run on a household outlet, in 110V or 220V. It outputs white light as bright as a 4K HMI or 10K tungsten fresnel lamp. The STORM CS32 runs at a maximum 3200W power draw. In 220V countries, the STORM CS32 can run at full power from a common 15amp household circuit. For 110V territories, along with a bare lead cable for wiring to professional power systems for full wattage, an additional power cable with a household “Edison” connector is included with the CS32. The CS32 Control Box recognizes this cable and sets its maximum power draw to appropriately fill that circuit’s available output, up to 80% of the light’s full brightness. Wherever it is in use anywhere in the world, the STORM CS32 is the brightest, most powerful point source, tunable color light that can be powered on a household circuit.

Portable Yet Powerful

The STORM CS32 is small and lightweight enough for one person to use. The lamp head weighs 16.8kg and the control box just 10.8kg. The size is kept low as well (37.2x38.3x35.8cm), so even with the optional CF16 fresnel and skid, the STORM CS32 is a compact and efficient professional light that can be stored ready for use. It can fit fully assembled onto lighting truck shelving or on a lighting head cart. The small cube-like lamp head dimensions also allows multiple STORM CS32 lights to be rigged closely together to create powerful arrays in a limited space.

Extend Your Reach

Extend the 7.5m STORM CS32 head cable up to 45m. Place the lamp head in a cherry picker and leave the control box on the ground to save on weight and keep physical controls nearby.
