Employing the latest processing engine combined with an advanced AE algorithm, the α7C II can detect the skin area of faces and adjust exposure accordingly for both stills and movies. It achieves consistent exposure control even in challenging shooting conditions when the subject is backlit, in shadows or direct sunlight, or not directly facing the camera.
Outstanding 4K movie recording up to 60p/50p12
The α7C II offers 4K 60p/50p movie capture12 with full pixel readout and no pixel binning, taking advantage of the latest BIONZ XR processing engine and its wide dynamic range to produce exceptionally smooth images of fast-moving subjects. When recording 4K movies at 30p, full-frame 7K oversampling delivers 4K with enhanced clarity and detail.
High dot-density electronic viewfinder for clear display
A 2.36 million-dot (approx.) XGA OLED electronic viewfinder with 0.70x magnification delivers high resolution and contrast for bright, clear viewing, even in bright sunlight.
