We offer full manufacturer's Canadian warranty on all the brands we sell. We work closely with our represented product lines to help expedite warranty claims wherever possible. You're a busy industry professional, leave the legwork to us!
In addition to repairs and warranty assistance, we offer a plethora of other services. Just finished a dusty or dirty shoot? We'll clean it. Selling some gear and it needs a 3rd party look? LLSR’s service department is a Creative Solutions CRC (Certified Repair Centre) for the SmallHD, Teradek, and Wooden Camera brands. This means we are able to complete in and out of warranty repairs locally so you don't have to deal with lengthy shipping delays.
We are also certified to conduct in and out of warranty repairs on ARRI's SkyPanel line of products.
